The easiest access to the parallel trail is from the phillips canyon trail head off of highway 22 on Teton Pass. From there take either jimmy’s mom to candyland which ends on old pass road just above the start of the parallel trail, or takes the phillips connector to old pass road and ride old pass road down to crater lake and start of the parallel trail.
One of the first downhill trails in the Tetons, parallel, has seen it’s fair share of changes and updates through the years. It is a must ride for downhillers visiting the valley. Gap jumps, root drops and a plethora of other features keep parallel on the short list of locals favorites.
